OBT's Deferment 2.0

Our deferment program is so far above and beyond those of our competitors, we've nicknamed it Deferment 2.0! At Orange and Blue Textbooks, every UF, Santa Fe, and City College student qualifies for deferment regardless of financial aid status. Furthermore, unlike other stores, we don't put a limit on the cost of books you're allowed to defer with us, nor we do disallow you from deferring with us past the last day of your school's drop/add period.

In order to secure your deferment, you'll need a driver's license, a copy of your current schedule, your student ID, and a credit card or check. Payment is due approximately four weeks after the start of spring and fall semesters or two weeks after the start of summer semesters. For instance, Spring 2011 deferments are due on January 31st, 2011.

Please understand that financial aid does not pay for your deferment; the method of payment you leave on file with us does. It's your responsibility to make sure that your financial aid has processed and is in your credit/checking account when payments are due.
